DissolveYourBusiness.com (operated by Cryp Solutions LLC, "we," "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Information We Collect
To file your business dissolution, we collect:
- Order information: customer name, email, phone
- Business information: business name, EIN (federal tax ID), state of formation, entity type, formation date, state entity number
- Authorized officer details: name and title of the person authorized to dissolve the entity
- Dissolution details: reason for dissolution, requested effective date, compliance answers
- Uploaded documents: any supporting documents you choose to upload
- Payment information: processed through Stripe (we do not store your card details)
We never collect Social Security Numbers. We only need business identifiers (like EIN), not personal tax IDs.
How We Use Information
- To prepare and file dissolution documents with the appropriate state agency.
- To communicate with you about your order status.
- To process payment via Stripe.
- To improve our service.
How We Store Information
Order data is stored in our database (hosted by Supabase). Uploaded files are stored in encrypted Supabase Storage. Files are deleted 30 days after order completion. We retain order metadata for our records and tax/legal purposes.
Third Parties
We share information with the following service providers as needed to deliver our service:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Supabase — data storage
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- State Secretary of State offices — we share dissolution document content with the appropriate state agency to file your dissolution
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers or unrelated third parties.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@dissolveyourbusiness.com. We respond within 30 days. Note that some records (related to filed dissolutions) may need to be retained for legal and tax purposes.
Cookies
We use minimal cookies, primarily for session management and order tracking. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies that follow you across the web.
