Filing a dissolution is one form sent to one agency, and the published price for doing it runs from $75 to $799 before the state gets its share. Below is what each service puts on its own page, what the number excludes, and where the more expensive option is buying you something real.

Two services we checked and left off
Both sell dissolution work. Neither publishes a price for it on the pages we could read, so putting them in a pricing table would mean guessing, and a guessed number is the fastest way to make a comparison page worthless.
- Bizee. Their dissolution page walks through the process and ends in an order button without naming a service fee. What it does state is that state filing fees for Articles of Dissolution typically run from $20 to $200.
- Northwest Registered Agent. They publish a free state-by-state dissolution guide, and it is a good one, but dissolution is not listed among the filing services in their own navigation and no dissolution price appears on those pages.

How these pages stay honest
- Only first-party figures. Every price is read off the other company's own public page and linked from the page it appears on. Nothing comes from a review site or an affiliate roundup.
- Every page carries a date. These prices change without notice, and a comparison without a date is worthless.
- No published price means no table row. Two companies are named above and left out of the pricing comparison for exactly that reason.
- Every page names where they beat us. Catch-up annual reports, payroll tax account closure, reinstatement, 24-hour rush filing: all things we do not do, said on the page rather than left out of it.
- The boundary is stated both ways. We file the state dissolution. Not tax returns, not EIN closure, not licences, not newspaper publication. That is true on every comparison here.

Which dissolution service is cheapest?
Of the services that publish a price, ours is the lowest service fee at $75, against $129 at LegalZoom, $149 at Swyft Filings and $299 at CorpNet for standard processing. All four add the state's filing fee on top, so compare the service fee and then add your state's charge, which is $0 in several states.
Do any of them include the state filing fee?
No. Every service on this page quotes a service fee and adds the state's charge separately, and so do we. What differs is the markup: we pass the state fee through at cost, and CorpNet's pricing footnote adds shipping and handling plus a 3% convenience fee on top of its listed price.
Does paying more get the dissolution filed faster?
Only the part before submission. A rush tier changes how quickly the service prepares and lodges your paperwork, not how quickly your state processes it, and state queues run from same-day in Florida and Colorado to several weeks elsewhere. CorpNet and LegalZoom both sell expedited handling; we file every order within 3-5 business days.
Which services handle the rest of closing a business?
None of the dissolution packages here file your final tax returns or close your EIN. LegalZoom's $799 tier covers catch-up filings such as delinquent annual reports, and CorpNet sells payroll tax account closure at $199 and reinstatement from $399. We file the state dissolution only and our guides map the rest.
How are these comparisons kept accurate?
Every figure is read off the other company's own public pricing page, quoted as published, linked from the page it appears on, and stamped with the date it was checked.
